Shanzé Shah has successfully completed her third-six, following the completion of her pupillage with the Government Legal Department which included a second-six at another leading set of chambers.

Prior to pupillage, Shanzé completed the Harold G Fox Scholarship working at a leading commercial litigation law firm in Toronto, Canada. Shanzé has over the years gained experience working in legal environments in China, Israel, India, and Greece.

During her time in Chambers Shanzé has worked on various income tax and corporation tax matters. She has also worked on issues involving SDLT, VAT and domicile. Shanzé has also successfully represented a client unled on a high value income tax matter at the County Court level. 

Shanze is co-author of the forthcoming edition of Taxation of Charities & Nonprofit Organisations, by James Kessler QC, Etienne Wong & Shanzé Shah. 

Shanzé accepts instructions in all areas of tax law.
