Transparency Statement
Professional, licensed access and lay clients may contact chambers to obtain a quotation for legal services.
We usually quote on a fixed fee basis, but there may be instances where an hourly rate is more appropriate.
Members of chambers practice predominantly in all areas of tax law. The legal services they most commonly provide are:
- advising in conference or consultation.
- preparing legal opinions.
- representing clients in courts and tribunals.
- drafting legal documents.
- The factors which might influence the timescales of the legal services provided include the complexity of the case, the amount of material involved, and the demands of other professional commitments.
Some members of chambers accept public access instructions. The Bar Standards Board’s Public Access Guidance for Lay Clients may be found here.
All members of chambers are barristers regulated by the Bar Standards Board.
