16:15 – 16:50: Rory Mullan KC on key concepts and recent case law relating to R&D tax credits.

16:50 – 17:25: Ross Birkbeck on upcoming changes to the law and HMRC consultations.

17:25 – 18:00: Rebecca Sheldon on dealing with HMRC enquiries and preparing for tribunal hearings.

18:00 – 18:15: Questions to the speakers

Drinks will be hosted after seminar at which members of Old Square Tax Chambers will be present and happy to discuss matters further.
