MBL: Corporate Tax Conference 2024
Sarah Squires will be speaking at MBL’s Corporate Tax Conference on 13 March 2024. The conference is being held virtually and will cover a range of topics, including employment ownership trusts and debt restructurings. Sarah will be discussing the application of “main purpose” tests in light of recent cases, including last year’s Court of Appeal decision in Euromoney.
