Harriet Brown has been admitted to the Chartered Institute of Taxation as a Fellow having submitted a body of work entitled “How Information Exchange Changed the World (of Tax): the Development and Application of International Information Exchange in the UK, its Overseas Territories and Beyond”. Harriet advises regularly on tax and public law issues arising out of information exchange and is the author (with Grahame Jackson) of “A Practitioner’s Guide To International Tax Information Exchange Regimes”.
