Amanda Hardy, Rory Mullan and Setu Kamal of Tax Chambers will be presenting a seminar on Tax Law Update after Budget 2012 on 29 March 2012 from 4 pm at the Old Courtroom, Lincoln’s Inn.

4.15p.m. – 5.20p.m. The 2012 Budget – Amanda Hardy and Rory Mullan will discuss the main points of the recent budget, including the changes to SDLT and the implications for existing corporate structures, inheritance tax excluded property trusts, the £50,000 limit on reliefs, changes for QROPs
5.20p.m. – 6.00p.m Recent developments in tax anti-avoidance Setu Kamal will present a paper covering the proposed general anti-avoidance rule, Part7A ITEPA and the proposed anti-avoidance rules concerning the statutory residence test –
