Free Seminar: Will Drafting and IHT after Finance (No2) Act 2015: Developments in Private Client Tax
Tax Chambers, 15 Old Square are hosting an afternoon seminar on 16 September 2015 where James Kessler QC, Oliver Marre and Mary Ashley will be speaking.
The seminar is to be held from 4.00 pm to 6.15 pm in the Great Hall, Lincoln’s Inn and the timetable will be as follows:

5.30 – 6.05 James Kessler QC on the new Nil Rate Band for Family Homes – Finance (No2) Act 2015 legislation – Planning – Effect on Will drafting

The seminar is free of charge and two hours of CPD points have been applied for from the BSB and SRA.
